Bookings and Payments

By booking a dive with DiveDominicana, you agree to provide complete and accurate information. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. We will honor the price at the time of your booking unless an error is found in our pricing system, in which case we will notify you to correct the issue.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled dive will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the dive will not be eligible for a refund. In case of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from conducting the dive, we will provide a full refund or offer a rescheduled date.

Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DiveDominicana and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display our content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
